How do I buy your stuff?

First, thank you for asking. Second, there are a few different ways to buy our stuff:

Business owners: to buy our stuff for your store, register here.

Civilians: if you just want our stuff for personal use, that’s cool too! You can order from our three glass collections here:

OR fire up our live chat between the hours of 9a-4:20p PST (Monday to Friday) and ask our customer care team where to find our stuff at a store near you.

How long does it take for my business to be approved?

It’s quick! Just complete the application, and have a copy of your business license (or equivalent) on hand.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

You bet we do! Ask your sales specialist for all the details.

Who would you want on your side in battle: a T-Rex or a tank?

T-Rex, hands (and tiny arms) down.

Where is your stuff made?

We source our glass from artists all over the U.S. and internationally. We have been working with the same designers and factories for over 25 years!

I want to sell my stuff on your site! How do I do it?

If you could give any animal wings, which animal would you choose?

Definitely a naked mole rat.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you are the primary account holder, call or e-mail your sales rep with your new address and we’ll update your account right away. If you are not the primary account holder, get them to do it! Easy peasy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship within 1-3 business days. We provide express shipping options within Canada, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Orders bound for the U.S. currently ship from Canada and must cross the border, which may cause delays.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to the wrong address. If USPS/Canada Post is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange to pick up or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact USPS/Canada Post to file a claim.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated as soon as your order is picked, measured and weighed. If you would like to know how much shipping will cost before we ship, let us know! We’ll make a note on your account.

 

Can I track my order?

You bet! Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been picked yet you can change or cancel it by contacting your sales rep by phone. Check our terms & conditions for more info.

What is the MSRP price?

MSRP stands for Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price.

Why can’t I see how much something costs?

Prices are not displayed unless you are signed in to your business account.

How do I find out about upcoming sales, giveaways and hot new products?

It’s easy! Go to your account page and sign up for our weekly e-mails and monthly snail mail postcards and packages.

Is your glass handblown?

Yes! Our glass pieces are individually handcrafted so each one is as unique as your fingerprint.

Please allow a small variance in height and appearance to account for the organic nature of handblown glass.
